I had a great time at this hotel for college students. The rooms had all the facilities I needed and were comfortable for one person. The food was just excellent, and I could easily access the swimming pool at the bigger hotel. However, the location wasn't the nicest part of Zermatt.

The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay, with a view of the Matterhorn from the rooms, complete with kitchenware. The service provided by the Best Western staff, including an upgrade and organizing a 5 am taxi, was top-notch. However, the location, a bit far from the main gondola and train station, was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience at the Best Western hotel, about a 7-minute walk from the property, was excellent, offering a typical Swiss breakfast. Overall, a cool stay with global dishes and spa services available.
